​Charterhouse is working in partnership with a market leader in offering turnkey interior solutions. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their high performing team in Riyadh.

About the role

This is an exciting and challenging role which requires an individual who possesses excellent commercial acumen, leadership experience and successful track record of devising effective business development strategies. This role will oversee a team and work closely alongside the business unit head to determine and drive key performance metrics. Taking accountability for staying up to date with market trends, the Sales Manager will recommend activities and new developments to improve sales performance and increase market share. A focus on continuous development is a key priority for the role, working with the team to train, coach and support them in achieving their sales targets. The successful individual must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision makers at all levels in order to win new business and build strong client relationships with key partners.

About you

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years successful track record in B2B sales in the interiors, furniture or fit-out industry, handling a range of commercial projects. Our client is looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, proactive nature and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong knowledge and working experience in Saudi Arabia plus other GCC markets is considered essential. Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to Arabic Speakers.
