Known for pushing boundaries and delivering high-impact work across global markets, our client is now looking to hire a strategic and imaginative Content Strategy & Copy Writing Manager to join their regional headquarters in Dubai.

About the Role

This role is designed for a passionate storyteller who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. In this role, the Content & Storytelling Lead will be responsible for developing compelling narratives and content strategies for large-scale events, including festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, and permanent installations such as museums and themed environments. Additional responsibilities include crafting conceptual scripts, speeches, press releases, and print materials tailored to diverse audiences and platforms. The position requires close collaboration with design, production, and project management teams to ensure content aligns with broader brand and experiential goals. Global travel may be required based on project needs.

Furthermore, this role will focus on researching and developing innovative content strategies that elevate audience engagement and emotional resonance. Other duties will include managing storytelling frameworks, coordinating with media and print production teams, as well as mentoring junior writers and translators. The role demands a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends in experiential entertainment and show technology, while also monitoring performance metrics and optimizing content strategies accordingly. A strong commitment to factual accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and narrative consistency is essential.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in conceptual writing, copywriting, or content strategy within the events, entertainment, or experiential marketing space. A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling across diverse formats is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills, a proactive and collaborative mindset, and a passion for immersive storytelling. Adaptability in tone and voice across varied audiences and platforms, combined with natural curiosity for research and innovation, is highly valued. Experience in experiential marketing or event-based storytelling is highly desirable.
