Charterhouse are working with a leading client within the Retail space which is looking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager to join their Travel Retail team in Dubai.

About the role
This role will be heavily geared towards developing strategies to maximize category listings and product sales in duty free outlets, whilst maintaining optimal stock levels. Customer relationship management is a critical aspect of this role, requiring regular visits to customers and meetings with key decision makers to enhance client relationships while balancing organizational commercial needs.

The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to manage product and price-related issues and ensure all sales comply with legal and organizational guidelines. Furthermore, this role involves implementing promotional and marketing plans, conducting regular audits of outlets, and collecting market intel to provide monthly feedback and competitor activity reports. There will also be a focus on seeking new product listings for priority brands, to maximize visibility and overall company profitability.

About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years commercial experience in account management or sales working in FMCG, Cosmetics or F&B is required. Our client is looking to hire an individual who demonstrates an analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. A deep understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt to changing conditions is crucial to maintain a competitive edge.
